Pilates Classes
We offer Pilates classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 am, 10:00 am or 6:30 pm. Each class lasts approximately 1 hour and the benefits are impressive. When practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep healthy breathing is a primary focus. Strength and flexibility, both muscular and mental, are also key components in an effective program.
